I am a Senior Product Designer focused on building practical, production-ready interfaces for complex digital products. I specialize in SaaS and transactional systems, including booking flows, payment platforms, and data-driven dashboards, where logic, structure, and clarity directly influence usability and performance.

My work combines UX thinking with technical execution. I design user flows that simplify complex processes, reduce friction in high-volume transactions, and support clear decision-making across data-driven environments. My experience is rooted in platform ownership within the hospitality sector, where I managed the full visual and interface layer of large-scale products as they evolved from early booking engines into broader SaaS platforms.

I design high-volume transactional experiences and payment interfaces that maintain system consistency while allowing flexibility for individual client branding. My work includes building scalable UI component libraries and maintaining production-level HTML and CSS to ensure reliable behavior across browsers and email clients.

Earlier in my career, I developed a foundation in high-volume digital media and eCommerce, delivering hundreds of websites and landing pages across diverse industries. That environment shaped my ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while working efficiently under pressure.

I design with implementation in mind. My technical background informs how I structure systems in Figma, helping ensure clean handoffs, feasibility, and maintainability. I collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, using structured workflows and tools such as JIRA to deliver clear documentation and production-ready solutions.
