- Leading the full redesign of a legacy payment platform (v2), transforming a complex and inconsistent system into a cohesive, scalable product.
- Defining system architecture, navigation frameworks, and end-to-end user flows across payer dashboards (web and mobile), merchant platforms, billing modules, and administrative tools.
